Welcome to Education Beam

Background

This is a web portal built on top of Al Lun's dmcbeam.org web platform. It is offered as a demo to show how a dashboard tool could be used to track education progress and to make education information sharing more consumable.

It is to be used to backup the talk in C2C Annual Education Summit, Oct 9, 2024  regarding tooling to effectuate the Collective Impact collaboration model of:

  • Common Agenda; Shared Measurement System; Mutually Aligned Activities; Continuous Communication; Backbone support

Caveats

  • While it could still be useful to encourage and trigger further exploration, the visualization and curation of information here is fundamentally for illustration purposes.
  • Data sourced from various public sites widely known to be authoritative, however not checked for accuracy. Readers should use them as references and do their own research.
  • Classification of community assets as to their impact domains is subjective and personal.
