The Southern Minnesota Disability Employment Network is excited to host Anne Phibbs, PhD as our workshop presenter. Anne is the founder and president of Strategic Diversity Initiatives. Her 90 minute workshop will include conversations and exercises around:
- How micro-inequities and implicit bias play out in the workplace
- Steps we can take to address bias and create inclusive work environments
- Using universal design principles to increase accessibility and inclusion
- Creating workplaces where authentic dialogue and acting as allies are the norm
