Rescheduling message 2022-01-11

NONCONFIDENTIAL // EXTERNAL

Hello to all of you-

We are currently working to reschedule our trip to Rochester for the Jan 11th community conversation on Race in Education with Neel Kashkari, Justice Page, Kevin Lindsey from the Mn Humanities Center, and Dr. Pekel from Rochester Public Schools. We had planned to have the speakers together in person as part of a lengthy day with several different stakeholders -- but because we do not want to add to any community spread given the high covid cases right now all over our state -- we are postponing until this wave passes. Thank you for registering and for your interest!

It is really important to us, our hosts -- Rochester Diversity Council and Rochester Community Initiative – and Dr. Pekel that this conversation happens and it does so publicly. I will send you the new date once it is solidified. We are sorry about the inconvenience in rescheduling – and we all hope that you can participate on our new date.

Be well and be warm!

Sincerely,

Beth Commers
